Insurance
Please remember that no insurance company attempts to cover all dental costs. You should check with your employer, union, insurance carrier or other agent to determine the coverage provided by your policy. Some companies pay fixed allowances for certain procedures and others pay a percentage of the charge. We can send the necessary information to your insurance company for preauthorization of your benefits prior to any extensive treatment.
We follow a simple program for the preparation of insurance forms, holding down the office costs that are unrelated to the delivery of good dental care. We do not accept assignment of those claims for $100.00 or less. Upon filing your claim, you will be reimbursed by your plan. We know questions can arise on insurance matters. We encourage you to discuss such questions with our business office staff.
Financial Policy
We encourage discussion of payment methods prior to treatment to avoid possible misunderstandings. Payment is required at the time of service. We accept cash, check, MasterCard, VISA and CareCredit. There is a $30.00 fee for returned checks.
